The water planet story arc ends here as Luke, Leia, Han, Chewie and the droids help when a war breaks out between the inhabitants of the planet!

Roy Thomas brought Star Wars to Marvel, but this is the issue George Lucas removed Roy Thomas from Star Wars. Wrapping up the first “expanded universe” storyline of original Star Wars, this storyline is historic, but is it good?
As Star Wars continues with its expanded universe, is Roy Thomas able to break from just putting sci-fi paint on a classic story-telling rope, or is this new story just going to be paint by numbers?
